The contractors listed have no connection with The Summit Owners Association. The companies have done work in the local area and are supposed to have licenses and insurance to perform work on Panama City Beach . It is suggested any Summit Owner ask for and receive copies of licenses, insurance and references prior to agreeing to any work.

Management does not recommend payment of any monies up front even for materials. Most reputable companies will ask to be paid upon completion of work. In case of paint color I recommend you as the owner pick out the color and supply the paint for your unit. This is to be sure the colors chosen are correct before application.

Summit management should not be asked to inspect the work of any third party. What looks satisfactory to one person may not be acceptable to another.
