Summit Timeshare

There are 32 timeshare units at the Summit. The Summit Timeshares are fixed weeks that run Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am. The Summit is a RCI standard rated resort.

There is one two bedroom, two bath timeshare unit. The other 31 units are have one bedroom and one and a half baths. All of the units have a full kitchen including a dishwasher, a stack washer and dryer, and a private balcony overlooking the pools and beach. Each unit has a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The one bedroom units has a set of twin bunks in the hallway alcove area. The two bedroom unit has two twin beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom also has cable television. All of the timeshare units were remodeled during the 2003-2004 winter season with additional upgrades taking place throughout the year for your added comfort.
